It’s primary election runoff day in Georgia

It’s primary election runoff day in the state, but in Habersham and White counties, only Democrats are on the ballot.

Today’s runoff will determine the Democratic party’s nominee for lieutenant governor, secretary of state, commissioner of insurance, and commissioner of labor.

Anyone who voted Democratic, Nonpartisan, or who didn’t vote at all in the May 24 general primary is eligible to vote in Habersham and White today, so long as they were registered to vote by April 25, 2022.

All polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. In Habersham County, those precincts are:
