The TFS track & field team opened the 2022 season in Birmingham, AL, at CrossPlex for the ‘Last Chance Invite’ indoor meet. In the event, several Tallulah Falls individuals set new personal records and school records.
Those who set new indoor TFS school records include Caroline Ball (800, 1600), Evan Prince (800, 1600), Dani Prince (60), and the girls’ 4×400 relay (Prince, Ball, Julianne Shirley, Macy Murdock).
Those who set PRs (outdoor or indoor): Walker Bailey (1600), Timothy Beck (800, 1600), Miranda Chapa (1600, 3200), Jace Ibemere (long jump, triple jump, 60), Madi Perdue (shot put), Tyler Brown (pole vault), and Nana Amankwah (60).
TFS next competes on March 8 in the Habersham Dual meet.
