With the latest surge in the number of COVID cases and its variants, the Enotah Circuit judges have issued an order that requires everyone entering the White County Courthouse to wear masks and or face coverings and observe social distancing.
In the order issued Wednesday, Chief Judge Raymond George as well as judges Joy Parks and T. Buckley Levins, ask that anyone who is experiencing flu-like symptoms or symptoms related to COVID or its variants not enter the courthouse building.
The order states that anyone, including all employees, entering the courthouse must wear a face-covering or mask. Six-foot spacing between individuals not living in the same household is required. Social distancing is to be observed in all areas of the courthouse, whether standing or sitting, the order states.
The order becomes effective immediately and will continue until the close of business on January 31, 2022.
