(Cleveland)- A former resident of Cleveland who now resides in Texas has been arrested on Child Molestation charges here.
Capt. Clay Hammond with the White County Sheriff’s office said the sheriff’s office received a report of the sexual assault on September first.
Hammond said as a result of their investigation 50-year-old Dennis Scott Gaver was arrested and charged with Aggravated Child Molestation and Aggravated Sodomy
Hammond said Gaver, formerly lived in the Cleveland area but now lives in Texas.
Gaver was arrested on December 26 and placed in the White County Detention Center.
