The Habersham County Sheriff’s Office, Habersham County Fire Department, and the Habersham County Road Department continue to monitor road hazards caused by severe flooding in Habersham County.
Habersham County E-911 released this updated list of hazardous roads as of 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 11:

- Soque Trail
- Earnest Dover
- N Falling Waters
- Twisting Ridge Trail

- Cross Creek Trail
- Creasy Patch off Mud Creek
- New Liberty
- Hollywood Church Road
- Beaver Dam Road
- Amys Creek Road
- Woodfield Way/Oakdale Drive
- Hazelwood/Hazel Creek
- Yonah Post Road
- Turnerville Circle
- Foggy Creek Lane
- Thompson Road/Wilbanks
- Old River/Old Timber
- Gilstrap/Gainesville
If you are traveling in the area of any of these roadways please be mindful of the standing water: if there is caution tape or barricades please do not attempt to go around them.
If you see any other roadways not on this list that have a large amount of standing water or the roadway is washed out, please report it to the Habersham County Dispatch Center using their non-emergency number 706-778-3911.
