Piedmont College Opera Workshop will present a program of scenes from musicals by Stephen Sondheim at 5 p.m.,Thursday, April 9, in the Chapel at the campus in Demorest.
The selected scenes are from “The Frogs,” “Company,” “Into the Woods,” “Sweeney Todd,” and “Sunday in the Park with George.” The cast includes students Amin Abraham-Quiles, Mitchell Auger, Albert Gerring, Megan Holder, Kelly Hood, Leah Mooney, Cheyanne Osoria, and Elizabeth Parmer. Jonathan Pilkington is the director, and Areatha Ketch is the accompanist.
