The Habersham Central Raiders dropped their homecoming game Friday night against the Lanier Longhorns, 22-42. The matchup was the first of five consecutive region games the Raiders will play in the coming weeks.
With the loss, the Raiders drop to 3-3 overall. Next up, they take on the Red Elephants at Gainesville on Oct. 11. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m.
