The students were nominated by their teachers for showing Top Cat characteristics. Top Cat students exhibit good character traits such as, helping others, school pride, hard work in the classroom, determination, showing respect, working hard on after school projects or programs, and/or just having an overall positive attitude.
The students were rewarded with a luncheon where they received a Top Cat t-shirt and certificate.
