Two Cleveland women charged with armed robbery

White County authorities this week arrested and charged two women with armed robbery. White County Sheriff’s spokesman Captain Rick Kelley said in an email that on Tuesday the victim reported to the White County Sheriff’s Office that he was asked to come to a residence on Skitts Mountain Road and tow a vehicle that had broken down.

According to Kelley, when the victim arrived at the residence he was robbed at gunpoint.

White County Sheriff’s Office Investigators responded to that location to follow up on the report. Kelley said as a result of their investigation, 34-year old Jennifer Michelle Davis and 38-year old Sonya Marie Fuller, both of Cleveland, were arrested and charged with armed robbery.

Both suspects are currently in the White County Detention Center and are being held without bond. The investigation is ongoing, according to Kelley.
