The Habersham County Grand Jury has indicted a man accused of committing sex crimes against a young girl.
Jurors indicted Richard Michael Hughes on six counts, including two counts of child molestation, two counts of aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, and sexual battery.
The charges stem from a series of encounters with the alleged victim back in January 2014. At the time, the girl was younger than ten years old, according to the indictment.
