Toccoa Police are asking for the public’s help to find an elderly man missing since Saturday. 72-year-old Hubert Strong was last seen at 51 Camden Court in Toccoa at 4 p.m. on September 15.
He’s described as a black male, 5’6″, 183 pounds, with grey hair and brown eyes.
A notice from the Toccoa Police Department says Strong is a diabetic and has memory issues from a past brain surgery.
He was last seen wearing a blue short sleeve shirt with a white t-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes. The notice says he always wears a bandana.
