The Chattahoochee Mountain Fair is closed tonight, Monday, Sept. 11th, due to the threat of severe weather. Fair organizer Brenda Kinsey says it’s the first time she remembers that the fair has ever been closed in its 42 year history.
Kinsey says she’ll make a decision about whether to reopen the fair Tuesday night by noon tomorrow, Sept. 12th.
