Since June 14, 2017, the Baldwin Farmer’s Market has brought vendors and patrons alike to the small town.
The Baldwin Market is presented and funded by the city. As of this year, there averages between 20-30 vendors per opening. The qualifications to participate as a vendor is to either grow or make homemade/homegrown products. As of this year, there are no other minimum qualifications to participate.
In an effort to boost the local economy, the city is inviting vendors to join at no cost through the end of the season in October.
Bee Faithful Farms, run by Stacy and Karen Roberts, have been participating in the market since its initial week. Roberts’ company boasts certified naturally-grown honey. Their honey comes in a wide array of varieties and flavors. When asked about why they joined, Roberts stated they initially wanted to expand their products, but they also really believed in the Baldwin Farmer’s Market and the Chamber of Commerce.
The market is open every Tuesday and Friday through the Fall season from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
