The SEILC has released its 2017 All-Conference listing with freshman midfielder JEREMY KOHN earning all-conference honors.
The freshman from Buford, Georgia led the Lions in goals in his first year wearing green and gold with 37 in the 14 game regular season. Kohn’s performance this year set him at the top spot in the Piedmont record books in several categories including single season goals, single season shots attempted, and average points per game in a season.
In the 2017 season, the Lions saw their first SEILC win since Coach Dunton took the helm last year. In this game against Greensboro Kohn along with two other PC players notched two goals on the route to a 7-6 victory over the Pride.
The Lions head to Montgomery, Alabama for a rematch against number one seed Methodist University this Saturday, April 22nd at 2:00 p.m. This comes exactly one week after their last meeting in the at the Walker Athletic Complex in Demorest where the Monarchs took the contest 6-17.
