Piedmont Basketball Offers Free Skills Clinic for 1st-5th Graders December 12

The Piedmont College men’s and women’s basketball programs have an exciting opportunity approaching for boys and girls in grades 1-5 on Monday, December 12. The Lion and Lady Lion programs are offering a free skills clinic for local youth on December 12 from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Attendees in 1st grade-5th grade will be receive top-notch instruction from both basketball head coaches at Piedmont College with the focus on having fun while practicing fundamental skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense. This session will take place inside Piedmont’s Johnny Mize Athletic Center located on the Demorest campus.

Each attendee who registers in advance will receive a Piedmont Basketball Rally Towel and Schedule Poster. Participants must register in advance online to receive these items.

Registration is free, but a parent or guardian must arrive with the participant to complete a medical waiver at check-in prior to participation. Check-in will begin at 5:30 p.m. with the free skills clinic beginning at 6:00 p.m.
