Robert Deason age 87, of Clarkesville passed away January 10, 2015 at Habersham Medical Center.
Born on June 11, 1927 in East Lansing, Michigan, Mr. Deason was the son of the late Earl and Retha Batton Deason. Mr. Deason was a United States Navy Veteran having served during World War II and he was a self-employed contractor.
Survivors include his wife Cleo Whitling Deason of Clarkesville, daughter Jan Gloyd (Jerry) of New Mexico, son Kory Deason (Debbie) of Okemos, Michigan, stepsons Victor Maini of Florida and Keith Maini of Georgia, grandchildren Nick Deason, Kiley Deason and Kelley Betz (Tim), as well as two great grandchildren.
