Seven people face a number of drug-related charges following a drug sweep by law enforcement in Banks County.
Banks County Sheriff’s Lt. Carissa McFadden says search and arrest warrants were served Friday at residences on Daily Road in Alto and Evans and Athens Streets in Homer. She says the warrants were obtained as part of an “ongoing, in-depth narcotics investigation.”
The following individuals were arrested on charges stemming from that investigation:
Tessa Lynn Croy, 50, of 186 Dailey Road, Alto
Robert Terry Croy, 54, of 186 Dailey Road, Alto
Margie Lynn Thacker, 69, of 365 A Athens Street, Homer
Joseph Dillard Hanley, 46, of 266 Evans Street, Homer
Crystal Gail Sherrill, 37, of 266 Evans Street, Homer
Barbara Kathleen Nation, 55, of 266 Evans Street, Homer
Michael Donaldson, 31, of 266 Evans Street, Homer
Officers from the Banks County Sheriff’s Office were assisted by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Team, Lee Arrendale K9 Unit and GSP Aviation.
