The market welcomes a new vendor this week: The Herb Cottage Market. Clarkesville’s Tracy McGhee brings with her an interesting mix of natural health and beauty products created with flowers, herbs, and as she puts it, “all things beautiful”. Local apples debut this week, as well as watermelons, and possibly even some peaches! And of course, the growers will offer the best of Northeast Georgia’s summertime favorites.
Conveniently located near downtown Clarkesville, the Clarkesville Farmers Market is a 100% chemical free outdoor market (which includes six Certified Naturally Grown farms) that’s open Saturdays, 9 a.m. until noon. It’s located next to The Old Clarkesville Mill (683 Grant Street).
