Habersham All-Stars continues to roll along, as the 9/10 All-Stars defeated Franklin County to claim the District 7 Championship at Diamond Memorial Fields July 2.
The 11/12 Softball All-Stars had to battle away from Habersham County, playing in their district tournament at Toccoa. On Saturday, July 2, the girls took down Madison County, and followed that up with a 21-0 win over Franklin Tuesday night to claim a spot in the District Championship game.
The girls will play for the district championship again in Toccoa on Wednesday, July 6. The 9/10 All Stars march on to State and play Saturday, July 9 in Marietta at Sewell Park at 11 a.m. and will also play on Sunday, with the time depending on whether they win or lose the opening game of the double-elimination tournament.
