
On February 6, 2025, the Habersham County Chamber of Commerce held its annual Chamber of Commerce Awards Dinner, recognizing those in the community who have impacted the lives of those in our area. The event was held at Piedmont University Commons, 1021 Central Ave, in Demorest, GA.
It was a time to celebrate 2024’s successes while highlighting some individuals and businesses who deserved recognition for their extra effort in making Habersham County a great place to live.
A presentation was given for members to see what the coming year will bring to businesses in Habersham County. This prestigious evening was full of fun, socializing, and celebration as the Chamber recognized businesses and individuals that make Habersham a great place to live, work, and enjoy! Members could showcase their company while enjoying time with their employees and VIP clients.
The event began with extensive networking and social time, including various appetizers, beer, and wine. The dinner, awards, updates, and dessert followed it. Several awards were presented at the Annual Awards Dinner, including Large and Small Business of the Year, Business Woman of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Nonprofit of the Year, Otis Stonecypher Countian of the Year, and the new Hall of Fame inductee.
