A series of raids in White County last week resulted in ten people being taken into custody.
On February 10, law enforcement officials conducted 4th Amendment searches and “knock and talks” at several locations, according to White County Sheriff Rick Kelley.
Officers arrested the following people and charged them as follows:
- Barbara June Postel, possession of methamphetamine
- Christopher Tench, probation violation
- Kaise Heafner, probation violation
- Willie Richie, possession of methamphetamine
- Roger Heard, felony obstruction of law enforcement
- Deborah Johnston, felony obstruction of law enforcement
- Michael Hoosline, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute
- Derrick Rohmeyer, maintaining a disorderly house.
- Ralph Ledbetter, of Gainesville, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute
- Marah Gilreath, of Gainesville, possession of methamphetamine.
Agents with the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office, Investigators with the White County Sheriff’s Office, Officers with the Department of Community Supervision, and the Georgia Department of Corrections were involved in the operation.
