The Indians played host to the Jaguars from Atlanta Jewish Academy on March 13 at the Higgins Baseball Complex, with a final score of 12-2.
According to coach Dustin Rogers, sophomore Cainan Yaskiewicz of Highlands started for the time on the mound and had a great day.
“Cainan pitched five innings, giving up only two runs while striking out three Jaguar batters,” Rogers said. “Offensively, the Indians were led by sophomore Chathan Clouatre of Toccoa who belted three hits, resulting in three RBI’s. The Indians spread out eight more hits through six innings and came away with the victory.”
