Second year women’s golf head coach Susan Martin has announced the 2017 fall schedule for the Lady Lions.

Familiar Places
The Lady Lions will return to four tournaments this fall that they participated in last season. Piedmont will travel to Alabama and Florida twice while closing its schedule in the Peach State.
Season Opener
Piedmont will open its season on September 10th with a trip to Birmingham, Alabama for the BSC Southern Showdown hosted by Birmingham-Southern College at the Highland Park Golf Club. Last season, the Lady Lions shot a 2-round 667 for an eighth place finish.
For the second stop of the fall, the Lady Lions will travel to Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida for the NCAA Division III Fall Preview, hosted by Oglethorpe University. The DIII Fall Preview will be held at the Mission Inn Resort and will be played on the El Campeon Course on September 17-18.
Final Tournaments
Piedmont will again travel to Alabama but this time for a stop in the capital city of Montgomery for the MCC Women’s Intercollegiate. The Huntingdon sponsored event will take place on October 1-2 at the Montgomery Country Club.
The Lady Lions will embark on their second trip to the Sunshine State as they compete in the Golfweek Division III Fall Invitational in Sandestin, Florida. The three-day tournament will be held on October 15-17 will be played at the Baytowne Golf Club.
The women’s golf team will close its schedule in Rome, Georgia for the Chick-fil-A Collegiate Invitational. Hosted by Berry, the tournament will tee off on October 23 and will be played at the Coosa Country Club.
