Team Expanded to Support Donor Engagement and Community Leadership Strategies
GAINESVILLE, Ga. – The North Georgia Community Foundation (NGCF) announced recent additions to the company’s team to further develop its donor engagement and community leadership strategies. Megan Martin was named Director of Donor Engagement and Margaux Dolenc was hired as Foundation Associate.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Megan and Margaux to the team during this exciting period of setting priorities and goals for the future,” said Michelle Prater, NGCF President & CEO. “Their respective experience in community relations and customer satisfaction will help support NGCF’s infrastructure as we look at ways to deepen our donor engagement and build our community leadership across our region.”
Martin will focus on assisting NGCF’s donors with their charitable giving and will ensure new and existing donors receive the highest quality service in order to achieve their philanthropic goals.
“Megan’s expertise and passion for this community is key to moving NGCF to the next level,” said Prater. Martin has nearly 10 years of experience spanning community development, marketing, sales and volunteer management fields. Before joining NGCF, she was the Vice President of Membership Development & Events at the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce.
Dolenc brings more than 17 years of banking experience in the Hall County area, where she developed her business acumen and excelled in building customer relationships. Prior to starting with NGCF, she worked as the Financial Service Specialist at Regions Bank and an Assistant Vice President with BB&T. “Her role in supporting the entire NGCF team while coordinating our grant-making process and expanding the non-profit engagement program is essential to our efforts to position the organization as a community leader and expand our geographical footprint,” said Prater.
