(Cleveland)- White County resident Sam Owens has spent many hours in the past videoing the construction of the Appalachian Parkway in White County.
Owens said he is ready for the start of Phase three of the parkway. The construction dates have not been announced, in the meantime, Owens has released a new video that highlights the historic view of important parts of the construction of the Parkway.
Also included on the video are some photos of Downtown Cleveland from an aerial view. Owens said, “The surrounding area views have been provided to show the way Cleveland was before the recent growth. At the end is a drive just before Phase 2 was opened for traffic.
