Joyce Westerfield Wilson, age 77, of Austin, Texas, formerly of Athens, Gainesville, and Habersham, Georgia, passed away on February 13, 2023.
She was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on September 28, 1945. Joyce received a degree in Psychology from North Georgia College.
Joyce was married to Ron Wilson and had a career in social work. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Gainesville, Georgia.
She is survived by her children Larry Aaron Jr., Matthew Aaron, and Merri Su Ruhmann; grandchildren Ben, Emily, Andrew, Annabel, and Charlotte; siblings Roma Westerfield, Patricia Westerfield Platt, and Doris Westerfield Cherry.
Funeral services will be held at a later date.
