“Cornelia: A Train Town” Documentary Viewing

Habersham Education and Research is inviting the community to attend the first public showing of the video documentary, “Cornelia: A Train Town”.

This two-hour documentary represents a year-long effort to tell the story of how the junction of two train lines gave birth to the City of Cornelia, why Cornelia got its name, as well as the influence the Cornelia Depot has had on art and music. This documentary includes interviews with over 40 local citizens. It was produced and directed by Peter Madruga, President of Habersham Education & Research.

This event will be held at The Common Ground and admission is free. Seating is limited, to RSVP email events@habershamhistory.org.
