Baldwin opens registration for first-ever Runway 5K

The City of Baldwin announced that registration is open for their first-ever Runway 5K, a race through the city and along the Habersham County Airport, at their July 6 work session. This 5K will kick off the city’s fourth annual fall festival on Oct. 23.

This is Baldwin’s first-ever Runway 5K, kicking off the city’s fourth annual fall festival.

According to the city, the course the 5K will run is relatively flat. This race is for all ages and will have both in-person and virtual racing options. The 5K will have awards for the top racers in their age groups.

Commemorative t-shirts will be available to those who register by Oct. 17. Day-of registration begins on Oct. 23 at 7:30 a.m., an hour before the race begins. You can register here.
