DEMOREST – The Piedmont men’s and women’s basketball programs have announced an upcoming summer camp for rising 1st-8th graders August 2-5.
Instruction will be led by the men’s and women’s basketball coaches at Piedmont. Campers can expect to have fun while working on basketball fundamentals, including shooting, passing, dribbling, screening, moving without the ball, post moves, defense, and rebounding.
Drop-off will open at 7:40 a.m. and camp will end at noon each day. Both on-campus gyms will be used to help separate campers based on gender, age, and skill level. Since camp ends at noon, lunch will not be provided. However, campers are free to bring a snack for the short breaks throughout the morning.
All institutional COVID-19 protocols will be followed.
Cost is $100 per camper, and for multiple siblings from the same immediate family, there is a $10 discount for each camper. Each participant will receive a camp t-shirt. For details, including registration information, visit www.PiedmontBasketballCamps.com.
