As the nationwide search continues for two escaped inmates who overpowered and killed two prison guards in Central Georgia, the mourning, too, continues. Family, friends, colleagues and the law enforcement community at large are remembering officers Christopher Monica and Curtis Billue.

Across social media, condolences, prayers and “Back the Blue” badges are being shared and re-shared by those struck by the tragedy.
